Pick up your e-bike at Itinera Bike in Verona. Install the phone holder on your handlebar, download the app, and you’re ready to go.
Starting in the city center, head at your own pace into the hills of Verona and the upper Valpolicella Classica. The route includes climbs, but the e-bike will make it easy.
The setting is verdant and quiet, and you’ll pedal on back roads with very little traffic, amid low forests and vineyard slopes.
Around noon, you will arrive at the workshop! Here a master pasta maker is waiting for you for a quick cooking class. The dough is ready. You will learn, however, how to roll the dough with a rolling pin, cut it and prepare it. That’s it, all ready for lunch!
After coffee, your e-bike is waiting for you again, one last climb and then off, back to Verona city center.
The route is about 50 km long and has climbs.
