Coinciding with VINITALY, Verona’s leading wine fair, BACCANAL is Verona’s annual event dedicated to natural wine. It takes place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from noon to midnight.
About 80 international producers will offer their wines in the beautiful setting of Villa Wallner in Montorio. You’ll find unusual and authentic flavors, colorful labels, stories of heroic agriculture, and great passions. Buy your ticket to the event here.
Reach Villa Wallner by e-bike!
With your rental, you’ll receive a link to ride along safe, scenic roads to the event. The outward route is 20 km long. From Ponte Pietra, climb the first hills of Verona and descend into the Valpolicella. Among vineyards and fields, on safe bike paths and quiet secondary roads, you’ll reach Montorio and Villa Wallner.
The return trip is about 10 km, or, if you want to celebrate to the fullest, add bike pickup at the villa and return by taxi.
