We had a great experience renting electric bikes at Itinera travel. We had them for 2 days to travel the region and we had such great experience that we extended it to 4 to go to Lake Garda and Sirmione Beach. The price was right and we would recommend it 10/10. On top of that we got great service, they explained us the best routes and they provided locks.

Itinerabike in Verona is the quintessential bike tour company with a family style service for the needs of the riders of all levels. The bikes are in excellent shape and well maintained. Francesco is a first - rate knowledgeable guide and superlative cyclist. We rode together twice, one day on gravel bikes through the Verona and Veneto region through grape vineyards, apple orchards, olive groves, and kiwi trees. We rode safely on well paved bike paths, through country roads, even unpaved paths used by farmers. Always safely!

Francesco explains the land, the history, the agriculture and harvests. We ride through his family lands. The second ride on e-bikes was from Verona to Lago di Garda. This was my first experience on an e-bike and I was glad for the motorized help up the steep hills, again always safe and mostly on dedicated bike paths. We stopped for lunch at the town of Garda and that alone was worth the ride. The first day Francesco and I spoke Italian, but on this ride he spoke excellent English with the Swedish couple on the tour. Back in Verona and throughout the planning and execution of the rides, Elisa was extremely helpful. She even arranged my hotel, a B&B on the same street. I’ll return with friends who are anxious to experience what I did. Unequivocally I highly recommend Itinerabike!

3 mesi fa Oh, my experience is really so overwhelmingly positive! I'm over 190cm, so after thinking a bit, they took me to their next door repairshop, where they had a larger e-bike hiding, a single piece, different from their standard stock, and they prepared it just for me. I told them that I'd like to take a trip that's slightly longer than a day, so they let me take the bike out in the evening instead of the next morning. They gave me the charger, a repair kit and all other accessories, and helped me plan my trip with their local knowledge. All through they were just wonderfully helpful. You can tell when people are just genuinely, by their nature, kind and attentive -- and like so many Italians, these girls and guys are absolutely that. Great people. All the paperwork was a breeze, the price was the best in town and the bike of course was great. I don't see why one would want to go anywhere else.

We had the best 7 day bike trip, Elisa from Simonetta has organised an amazing route, every day was special in a different way. Amazing landscape and beautiful old towns and villages. The e bikes were fun to cycle and made the up hill a breeze to climb. A ride with GPS app gave us detailed daily map and perfect directions. Absolutely loved the trip and Elisa was the great to deal with.

We, a couple from Australia in our 50s, hired bikes for a week, and cycled down to Verona from Brunico near the Austrian border. Got the bikes and ourselves there on the train without any problems. Had a great trip on well signed paths in a fantastic landscape. Simonetta staff were very helpful with bookings we'd made from Aus, prior to the ride, and bikes, panniers and everything worked 100%. Can highly recommend Simonetta, - would hire equipment from them again in a flash!
