Once you booked your experience, download the app on your smartphone. At the moment of departure by e-bike, we’ll give you the access to the route of your tour.

You are always welcome to show up!

Bikes for rental might be available. But our partners (wineries and farms) need some advance notice for the visits.

Self guided tours are easy (short and flat) or medium (longer, with up and downs). Choose the difficulty you feel at ease with, remember to have fun!

We suggest sneakers and sporty cloths.

Tours run rain or shine!

If it rains, better a raincoat than an umbrella. 😉

Minors can participate only if accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation of the scheduled bike tours until the day before the tour: 90% refund.

The cancellation policy for private bike tours will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
