Peschiera del Garda is one of the most lively and charming villages by Lake Garda, recently listed as a UNESCO heritage site thanks to its majestic Venetian walls that surrounds the old town. Peschiera del Garda is the perfect base for exploring the lake area by bike: three days by bike exploring the hilly countryside, ancient villages, immense vineyards, olive groves and the beautiful coastline.

Today we explore the area of the famous Lugana wine. We cycle on secondary roads and charming dirty roads that lead us to some of the most beautiful villages of the area.
We reach the beautiful village of Sirmione, the gem of Lake Garda: we leave the bikes out of its castle and take some time to have lunch and to explore the village.
After lunch we head inland, among vineyards and open fields, until the tower of San Martino della Battaglia, symbol of the Italian Risorgimento, and then eventually go back to our Hotel in Peschiera del Garda.
Overnight at Dolci Colli Bike Hotel***.
Today we cycle in the eastern side of Lake Garda, which coastline is dotted with charming villages. We cross the calm countryside and some tiny boroughs such as Colà, famous for its hot springs. We pedal on secondary roads surrounded by large vineyards and olive groves until we get to a winery, where we taste the famous Bardolino wine, one of the highlights of the tour!
We head towards the lake shore and get to the charming Bardolino, where we stop for lunch. After some free time we follow a bike path along the coastline, reach the village of Lazise and finally we get back to Peschiera del Garda following inland roads.
Dinner and overnight at Dolci Colli Bike Hotel***.
The area around Custoza is a charming and authentic region. We head inland cycling on road flanked by elegant cypresses surrounded by vineyards and then we reach the small rolling hills of Custoza. The road goes slightly up and down until we get to the village of Custoza, overlooked by a high obelisk, built for the commemoration of the soldiers that died here during the Italian Independence wars.
After Custoza we get to Valeggio sul Mincio and we enter Sigurtà Park, a great flowery oasis. After the visit of the park, we reach Borghetto sul Mincio, a real-life fairytale village that features beautiful watermills, a castle and a massive fortified bridge. The local dish no-to-be-missed is tortellini!
Finally, we go back to Peschiera del Garda following the river Mincio bike path.
Once in the hotel, bike pick up end of services. Arrivederci!

Booking
- 3–6 June 2021 (Book before May 3rd!)
- Check all documents of the Travel Contract.
- Book online up to 30 days before departure: you pay the deposit (about 20% of the cost of the tour) and the extras.
- We’ll send you a link for the payment of the balance.
- Balance has to be paid up to 21 days before departure. In this moment we activate the cancellation insurance.
