A epic ride on alpine gravel roads surrounded by complete silence
Lessinia is a high plateau in the province of Verona. It is a paradise for gravel bikers, as its high meadows and pastures are crossed by ancient dirty roads with large views over the Po plain and the Alps.
The itinerary reaches the Lessinia mountain region following secondary roads and demanding little paths, only for expert cyclists.
Once up there, you'll find just a few alpine huts, the sound of the cows’ bells and the wind.
The route goes fast downhill, it crosses Valpolicella and finally it goes back to Verona following the river Adige.
