Hairpin after hairpin, climb up to the fresh mountains on asphalted roads
The classic Veronese mountain roads, paradise for road cyclists
The classic and challenging climb for Lessini mountains is long but easy, never too steep, really enjoyable thanks to the landscape that surrounds the route.
The first section of the climb crosses a beautiful area covered with olive trees and views over the vineyards, then the landscape changes into woods and pastures once it reaches the large meadows of the Lessini mountains.
The itinerary passes by some traditional mountain villages such as Velo Veronese, Bosco Chiesanuova and Erbezzo.
Finally, the route goes back to Verona following small and panoramic roads in the highest part of Valpolicella.
