Among majestic mountains, clear waters and vineyards
Reach Verona and we’ll transfer you up North, among the Alps! The first two overnights will be in Ora, a small village among apple trees and vineyards. The first ride takes you to Bolzano, a city where Italian and Austrian cultures, language and food coexist and to Caldaro, a shining lake surrounded by mountains. The route runs then along Adige river on a safe and well signposted bike path. After a passage by the beautiful city of Trento, you’ll reach the Northern side of Lake Garda, a paradise for biking and water sports. You’ll spend two days there, the rides are spectacular! Then, after a slow and panoramic ferry to the Southern side of Lake Garda, ride to the romantic Verona, the final destination of this tour. The very last ride explores Valpolicella countryside, be ready to drink some great wines!

BOOKING, how does it work
Select the date you want to start the tour on the calendar of the tour page and choose the services you look for. Insert your data and pay the downpayment (about the 20% of the sum of the basic tour price). Within about a week, we’ll send you the contract with all the confirmed services.
4 weeks before the tour, the system will send you the link for the final payment (the balance). Once this last payment is done, we’ll send you all materials:
- The link to install the app on your mobile phone, with navigation, info and all the booked services
- The activation of the basic insurance
- The invoice of your full payment (downpayment + balance)
CANCELLATION POLICY
As required by international legislation protecting the traveler, the traveler has the right to reconsider for a period of 5 days. After 5 days from the down payment, it will not be refunded.
After the payment of the balance, you can cancel your booking with these penalties:
- Cancellation up to 15 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellation later than 14 days before departure: no refund.

Overnight in Ora.
The route goes up to Caldaro lake area, among bright green vineyards, and then down to Bolzano, following an old railway line converted into a bike path. Bolzano is a city rich in history, influenced by Germanic culture and surrounded by the Alps. Take some time to visit Piazza Walther and the narrow central alleys, or visit the museum where the Otzi mummy is kept. On the way back to Ora you’ll follow the Adige river.

Second overnight in Ora.
The bicycle itinerary goes South along the verdant Adige valley and crosses immense fields planted with apple trees and vineyards, always on a flat bike path. Along the way, the village of Egna, an ancient market town with streets flanked by arcades, deserves a visit. Finally you’ll arrive in Trento, a city where history and modernity perfectly coexist.
Overnight in Trento.
The itinerary keeps following the bike path that flanks the river, heading South: the valley is spotted with many medieval castles. The route passes by Rovereto (If you have booked the Food&Wine experiences, stop at a historical coffee producer), and go West towards Lake Garda. What a great view right above Torbole!
Overnight in Torbole.
Torbole and Riva del Garda are located in a beautiful position in the Northern corner of Lake Garda among green mountains and by Sarca river, the main tributary of Lake Garda. Today you’ll ride by its waters and discover a green plain with crystal water lakes.
If you have booked the Food&Wine experiences, stop at an olive mill and taste local Extra virgin olive oil.
Second overnight in Torbole.
Hop on a ferry and reach Garda! The cruise is slow and scenic, bring a book with you, and sun cream. Back on the bikes, after some kilometers by the lake shore, you’ll reach a canal and then you’ll finally reach Verona.
Overnight in Verona.
The ride explores the classic area of production of Valpolicella wine. It follows country roads through the vineyards, passes close to ancient rural houses and elegant Venetian Villas: some of them are nowadays prestigious wineries.
