3 mesi fa Oh, my experience is really so overwhelmingly positive! I'm over 190cm, so after thinking a bit, they took me to their next door repairshop, where they had a larger e-bike hiding, a single piece, different from their standard stock, and they prepared it just for me. I told them that I'd like to take a trip that's slightly longer than a day, so they let me take the bike out in the evening instead of the next morning. They gave me the charger, a repair kit and all other accessories, and helped me plan my trip with their local knowledge. All through they were just wonderfully helpful. You can tell when people are just genuinely, by their nature, kind and attentive -- and like so many Italians, these girls and guys are absolutely that. Great people. All the paperwork was a breeze, the price was the best in town and the bike of course was great. I don't see why one would want to go anywhere else.
