The fundamentals of mountain biking in a weekend in Asiago
Ride the Asiago plateau, learn MTB fundamentals
Do you love cycling but have never tried your hand at dirt paths, technical descents and stony climbs? In this entry level course we will learn everything we need to tune into mountain biking. Various topics will be addressed, including: - neutral position (limbs, gaze, center of gravity); - behaviors and attitudes during a descent; - curve with support; - curve without support - steep and slope changes; - being soft and fluid. All in the evocative and relaxing environment of the Asiago plateau, among woods, paths, dirt roads and ancient forts, based in an excellent bike hotel. We will be followed by instructor Davide Finetto, MTB Federation teacher and founder of 365tv. The group will consist of no more than 10-12 people, in order to better follow all the participants. In the days following the course, a video with the students' exercises will be sent.

Program
Individual arrival at the bike hotel Col del Sole in Tresche Conca di Roana. At 18:00, meeting at the hotel for a welcome drink.
After dinner, a 1 and a half hour theoretical lesson, an opportunity to get to know each other better and to better face the two days of the course.

In the morning exercises on posture and on the turning technique, with particular attention to the position and to correct any gaps. Packed lunch. In the afternoon, practice on the morning exercise trails.

Single track mountain bike excursion using everything we learned the previous day. There will be an opportunity to stop in the more technical sections and evaluate them together, bringing home useful lessons.

To book, enroll online up to 4 weeks before departure, pay the deposit and the extras. Balance has to be paid up to 21 days before departure (we’ll send you a link after your online booking).

Booking
- 3–5 September 2021 (Book no later than 3 weeks before departure)
- Check all documents of the travel contract.
- Book online up to 21 days before departure: you pay the deposit (about 20% of the cost of the tour) and the extras.
- We’ll send you a link for the payment of the balance.
- Balance has to be paid up to 14 days before departure. In this moment we activate the cancellation insurance.
